Cell-Cell-seq Reveals Functional States of T Cell–Tumor Interactions
Our latest preprint introduces Cell-Cell-seq, a platform for profiling transcriptional and functional states in interacting cell pairs. By directly measuring T cell–tumor interactions, this work reveals emergent cellular states and regulatory programs that are not observable in single-cell data alone.
